Located in the Austin area, Kiki is passionate about helping each singer discover the full potential of their voice. She specializes in teaching the Mix technique, which supports healthy, balanced singing across all musical styles—from pop, country, and R&B to classical and musical theatre. Kiki studied music vocal performance at Southern Utah University, where she focused on opera and musical theatre, and is an accredited voice teacher with IVTOM and a certified member of NATS.
Kiki’s stage experience is extensive and dynamic. She has performed as a soprano soloist with both the Orchestra of Southern Utah and the Southwest Symphony in their productions of Handel's Messiah, and has brought to life a wide variety of roles onstage—from ensemble to lead. Her musical theatre credits include The Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sarah in Quilters, Fastrada in Pippin, Sister Hubert in Nunsense, the Witch in Into the Woods, Lycus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Dragon in Shrek, and a memorable portrayal of Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors. On the opera stage, she has performed roles such as the First Lady in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte (Magic Flute), Nella in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, and the title role in Suor Angelica.
Her students have earned lead roles in musicals, placed in All-Region and All-State choirs, been accepted into pre-professional programs, and most importantly—gained confidence and joy in using their voices. Kiki continues to perform professionally and create a safe, encouraging space where singers of all levels can grow in vocal freedom, expression, and strength.
