    Author: Aimee Geddes

Singing has been a passion of Aimee's since a very young age and in 2000 she discovered MIX singing. By then many bad habits and frustrations had developed. Learning the MIX method solved many issues and questions she had and made her passion for singing and the methodology behind it grow. She has now been teaching since 2003 and due to personally experiencing many of the frustrations singers feel, she is able to successfully coach singers into a better place and help them fix many of the problems they encounter. Aimee studied voice and musical theater at Weber State University on a performing arts scholarship and holds a BA in Communication. She has also studied with Dean Kaelin and continues to hone her singing and teaching skills regularly. She has performed professionally and semi-professionally in musicals, films, commercials and soundtracks and has sung the National Anthem for professional sporting events. Her students have starred in many musicals, won and placed in the top 3 of singing competitions and recorded their own music. She is a firm believer that there is always something new to learn, no matter how long you have been studying. Visit her website: www.breakthrough-studios.com
