John Henny
John Henny has been a leading voice teacher for over 25 years. He has taught thousands of singers, including Grammy winners and top background and session singers.

Kelly Hijleah
Kelley Hijleh is a VoceVista practitioner, educator and consultant, and the Associate Director of the Singing Voice Science Workshop.

Mary Ann Kehler
Mary Ann Kehler is best known for her work as a voice teacher; she is also a theatre director, audition coach, and best-selling author. Her students include musical theatre professionals; pop recording artists; lead singers for rock, country, and bluegrass bands; club musicians; singer/songwriters; classical choral soloists, worship leaders, and voice teachers.

Dean Kaelin
Dean Kaelin has been teaching voice for 40 years and has taught over 100,000 lessons. He has taught and conducted workshops throughout the world. He is the founder of Ivtom (The International Voice teachers of Mix) and served as President from 2009-2016.

Barbara Sambor
Barbara Sambor – actress (graduate of the Acting Department of the Film School in Lodz), media speech therapist, neurologist, lecturer at the Acting Department of the State Higher Theater School. L. Solski in Krakow and at the Institute of Polish Language at the University of Silesia in Katowice.

Dr. Jon Skidmore
Jon Skidmore, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, performance coach, educator, researcher, author and singer. He believes that the path to peak performance starts between the ears and he loves to talk about the brain as a peak performance tool and how to create an optimal performance mindset.

Jeff Stanfill
Jeff Alani Stanfill is a full-time vocal coach/owner of Voice Soaring Studios LLC in West Orange, New Jersey. He has been teaching voice for over 22 years to singers from the genres of Musical Theater, Contemporary Commercial Music, Gospel, Rock and Opera.

Teri Stock
Teri Stock is a vocologist and voice teacher who has sung and performed all her life and has taught for the past 22 years. She was a founding member of IVTOM, serves on the Board of Directors, and been a mentor teacher since that program was created. She has also served as Mentoring Director and Area Coordinator Director.

Curt Stock
Curt Stock, M.D. is the Chief Medical Officer at Lakeview Hospital in Utah and continues his private practice in Wyoming. Retired Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Utah Department of Otolaryngology. Retired private practice at LDS Voice and Swallowing Center. Dr. Stock is the first ENT/laryngologist to complete the Summer Vocology Institute at National Center for Voice and Speech with Dr. Ingo Titze and embraces his title of Vocologist.

Anna Siciliano
Anna Siciliano, M.A., CCC/SLP, was trained by Laryngologist Dr. Dick Stasney and was one of the first Speech Pathologists to be trained in rigid and flexible laryngoscopy.

Dr. Johan Sundberg
Johan Sundberg is presently Emeritus professor of Music Acoustics at the Department of Speech Music and Hearing, KTH (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, Sweden. He established and led the Music Acoustics Research Group at KTH from 1970 to 2001.

Kenneth Bozeman
Kenneth Bozeman, BM, MM, Professor Emeritus of Music, taught at Lawrence University for 42 years where he chaired the voice department and from which he received two awards for excellence in teaching. His writings on acoustic voice pedagogy include the books, Practical Vocal Acoustics: Pedagogic Applications for Teachers and Singers, and Kinesthetic Voice Pedagogy 2: Motivating Acoustic Efficiency, now in a second edition.

2013 United States Teacher’s Conference

The 3-day Conference included teacher training, Q&A’s, a social media marketing seminar, presentations on the newest findings on the science of singing, and the opportunity to attend a conference session on Patient Recovery from Microsurgery on the Vocal Folds at the National Center for Voice and Speech. The faculty and presenters were: Otolaryngologists Dr. Steven Sims (Chicago) and Dr. Curt Stock (Utah); Professor Kenneth Bozeman, Chair of the Voice Department at Lawrence University (Wisconsin); Speech Language Pathologist and Voice Teacher Randy Buescher (Chicago); Voice Teacher John Henny (California), IVTOM Mentor Teachers Chrissy Rogers, Dean Kaelin, MaryAnnKehler, and Teri Stock; and teacher/marketing specialist Cindy Kessinger.

IVTOM Mentors Dean Kaelin, Teri Stock, Sonia Lachowolska and Dominika Plonka joined with Otolaryngologist and Voice Teacher Dr. Hubert Noé (Austria), Otolaryngologist Dr. Curt Stock (U.S.), Studio singer and voice teacher Kim Chandler (UK) and Overtone singer Rollin Rachele (UK) for teacher training, Q&A’s, and presentations on working with damaged voices, the science of the voice, formants and harmonics, style coaching, working with choirs, and other topics.

2013 Teacher Training and Intensive
Brasilia, Brazil
IVTOM President Dean Kaelin joined with Otolaryngologist and Voice Teacher Dr. Daniela Stieff-Tostes and associated with the Brasilia Music University for a week-long intensive that included a series of workshops, private lessons, teacher training sessions, and working with children workshop. This event was organized by G7 Productions and SALTO VOCAL, and a bonus workshop featured “Reality Show Preparation” including audition tips, performance feedback and a concert featuring selected singers.

2012 United States Teacher's Conference

The first U.S. Conference was a gold mine of information on the art and science of singing. Otolaryngologist and voice teacher Dr. Hubert Noé (Austria) demonstrated working with classical singers and presented on the science of mix; Dr. Ingo Titze, Executive Director of the National Center for Voice and Speech, presented on formants and harmonics; Otolaryngologist Dr. Curt Stock (U.S.) lectured on vocal health and recognizing when to refer to an ENT; Speech Pathologist Anna Siciliano presented on Team Building; Melissa Tanner, Sandy Cressman, Shelly Franklin, and IVTOM President and Mentor Teacher Dean Kaelin provided teacher training.

2012 Brazilian Teacher Training
Brasilia, Brazil
IVTOM President Dean Kaelin joined with Otolaryngologist and Voice Teacher Dr. Daniela Stieff-Tostes for intensive teacher training, private lessons and public master classes. This event was organized by G7 Productions and SALTO VOCAL. Over 20 teachers were immersed in classes and workshops for a week-long session that was “worth every minute.”

The first European Conference set the standard for future IVTOM events. Teacher trainers included Dean Kaelin (U.S.); Dr. Daniela Stieff-Tostes (Brazil); Sonia Lachowolska (Poland); and Dr. Hubert Noé (Austria) who is both an Otolaryngologist and Voice Teacher. Otolaryngologist Dr. Curt Stock (U.S.) presented on vocal health and recognizing health issues that affect the voice. Dr. Noé presented on science of the voice and Dr. Donald Miller (Holland), creator of the Voce Vista program, presented on acoustics and physiology of the singing voice.
